Bonding

If only today was Friday! :/

Had dinner & drinks with colleagues & boss today. It was like… a session of complains? lol. Thankful tat my boss is pretty open bout such issues. It makes the “invisible barrier” thinner! I guess its a good thing cos it makes bonding even easier! =)  

Boss knew i was pretty affected by one of the customer who complained like shit. Apparently, this customer is well known for such unreasonable attitude. I thought i was gonna kena some “small talks” wif my boss for not handling this customer properly.

Instead, he came over and told me not to take such customer complaints in a personal way. He conveyed his understanding as he has seen so many of such customers..  who tend to “display” their power esp during our most vulnerable moments when we feel so emotionally affected. 

I guess this is de reality of life. Different status. Different attitude. Different levels of demand.

With such circumstances, will i learn more… :) Every obstacle we face is a learning path huh? :p
